In this month’s national market update, we examine the possibility of listings hitting the market earlier than usual this winter. Then using our resources at KCM, we examine the impact that rising interest rates have had on home sales and home values over the years. Considering that we expect interest rates to rise, it is intriguing to review the correlation we have seen between the two over the last 40 years.
