A native of Valdosta, Georgia, Scott Talley moved to Athens in 1999. He enrolled at the University of Georgia where he studied communications and real estate. Jeb Bradberry was born in Moultrie, GA and in 1964, he made Athens his hometown. Jeb attended Clarke Central High School, Cedar Shoals High School and The University of Georgia.
Jeb began his career in real estate in 2001 with Coldwell Banker. While at Coldwell, Jeb assisted buyers and sellers with residential and commercial real estate. Hally K. DeMent
Hally DeMent was born and raised in Gainesville, GA, but she later moved to Athens where she enrolled at The University of Georgia as undergraduate. Hally is proud to be from Gainesville, but like most people she fell in love with Athens while in school at UGA. Not long after graduating, Hally began her career in real estate with Summit Properties where she worked primarily with the leasing and management of real estate. Hally later married her husband, Greg, and moved to the Lake Oconee area where she furthered her real estate career.
While at Lake Oconee, Hally worked with Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty where she helped clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Lake Oconee area. During this time, Hally honed her skills in real estate while marketing and selling many different types of property. For example, Hally is well versed with custom homes, historic homes, investment properties, retirement properties, and lake properties.

Stephanie Ferrando was born in Asheville, NC, but in 1990 she moved to Athens, GA with her husband, Lou. Stephanie and Lou then chose Oconee County as the ideal place to raise a family. They now have three children with two currently enrolled in Oconee County schools and the third attending the University of Georgia.
While her children were younger, Stephanie worked as a stay at home mother and after 15 years she embarked on a career in real estate. Kayla Redding was raised in Grayson, GA, but she later moved to Jefferson which she now calls home. She began her career in real estate with Reliant Homes in December of 2016, but later affiliated her license with Keller Williams Greater Athens. Her first role was as a buyer’s agent with Team Blue where she worked exclusively with buyers in Athens and the surrounding counties.

Alex’s Athens bloodline dates back to the early 1800’s through his Lyndon line, and the 1920’s when his Great-great-grandfather moved to Athens to operate the Coca-Cola Bottling Company. On his mother’s side, the Hammond and Garrett ancestors are long planted families of Oconee County. He was also inducted into the Sigma Pi Kappa National Historic Preservation Honor Society. Alex currently sits on the Clarke County School District eSPLOST Community Oversight Committee, which oversees $130,000,000 in funds for school construction. Mayor Heidi Davidson appoints Alex to the ACC Public Art Task Force, which crafted the ordinance to create the ACC Cultural Affairs Commission & the Public Art Ordinance. In 2018 Alex Chaired the successful campaign to elect a Superior Court Judge. The community is important to Alex and he will continue to serve Athens when he is not serving his clients and spending time with his wife, Eleanor, and two daughters.

Wendy Jackson joined our team as Director of Marketing and Business Development for one of our real estate teams, but she has a lot more up her sleeve than that!
Originally a licensed real estate agent through the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors in 2006, she previously worked with Agent Owned Realty and Century 21 Properties Plus while living in the Charleston area. Wendy was an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Short Sale and Foresclosure Resource Agent, a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist and was a member of the NAR, CTAR, and ABR.
Not wanting to jump into real estate without knowing the lay of the land when she relocated to Georgia, she decided to pursue a position as Transaction Coordinator with The Georgia Club Real Estate Co.
