The housing market here in Athens remains strong, but the overall activity was greatly reduced over the first two months of the year. In this video, we examine the amount of active homes for sale in Athens-Clarke and Oconee County along with the total amount of new listings and homes sold year to date in 2022. The numbers are surprising when compared to recent years.
