Meet Stephanie Ferrando. A native of Asheville, NC, Stephanie and her husband, Lou, moved to the Athens, Georgia area in 1990, where they settled down and raised three children in Oconee County.
Before deciding to become a stay-home Mom, Stephanie worked several years in Human Resources for a local manufacturing facility, specifically handling employee benefits. In 2012 she decided to embark on a career in real estate. She began working as a Buyer’s Agent for one of the top-producing teams in Athens. After a few years of assisting multiple buyers, Stephanie branched out and began assisting both buyers and sellers, reaching sales volumes recognized by the local board of Realtors.
In 2019, Stephanie and her family moved to the Hilton Head Island area of South Carolina. Along with her husband, she quickly dove into the HHI real estate market, where she was able to hone her skills representing investors seeking short-term rental properties in a popular vacation destination. Together they successfully assisted a multitude of clients in their “rookie” year working in a new market.
In 2024, Stephanie decided there was truly no place like home and returned to the Athens area and to our brokerage here at 5 Market. She brings her love of people, her skills, and an unwavering commitment to her clients back to the place she holds so dear.
