I attended UVA for undergraduate studies graduating with a B.S. in Finance in 1988, and moved to Athens in 1991 to pursue my MBA from UGA. I met my wife of 30 years that Fall and we have 3 wonderful kids, one of which is in her 3rd year of pre-med at UGA living in the Retreat South.
My career for the last 30 years has been in technology, starting at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in 1992. In 2000, we started a small technology consulting business where I worked with a startup that focused on asset management for low-income multi-family housing. That company was acquired by MRI Software, a top 5 real estate software firm, in 2016 where I worked as a VP of North American Applications. My last day was May 10, 2024.
My wife and I started investing in Athens real estate in 2016. We discovered a love for finding hidden gems, creating value, and most of all getting out of the office and working with people.
I now focus on using my industry expertise, tech know-how, and love of helping people find homes in my role as an agent with 5Market Realty.
