Monica is deeply rooted and connected to the Athens community. She moved to Athens in 1989 to attend the University of Georgia and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, she worked in property management for 10 years, the mortgage industry for 8 years and the retirement and investment industry for the past 10 years. Monica is committed to listening to her client’s needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. She has been married to her husband, Michael, for 25 years. She has a 19-year-old son, Ben, who attends Georgia Southern University and a daughter, Emily, 19, who attends Clarke Central High School. When she isn’t working, Monica enjoys volunteering, traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
