A native of Atlanta, Braden moved to the Athens area in 1999 after graduating with a Christian Education degree from Presbyterian College. Over the past 20 years, Braden has lived in Clarke, Oconee, and Morgan counties. As a result, she possesses a vast and comprehensive understanding of real estate market throughout Athens and the surrounding areas.
Braden is a mother of three, and her children have attended both public and private schools in the Athens area. Before starting her career in real estate, Braden was also a teacher. Her experience as both a parent and an educator affords her a unique and in-depth knowledge of the school systems in the area.
In addition to her extensive knowledge of the market and the schools, Braden also maintains close relationships with various builders, designers, and construction professionals.
